                                BAGLEAD1.WFP
                                  --------
An instrument program for use with WaveFront (tm)
synthesizers and WavePatch 1.3 or higher.
                                             By : Bart Grantham

- What is this?
This is a file that has embedded sample data and patch parameters
and can be loaded into WavePatch and any WaveFront synth that is equipped
with sample RAM. In this case, it is a good lead synth sound (well...
it's up to you to decide if you like it or not).

- Is it free?
Absolutely. My only request (not demand) is that I be mentioned in
the 'Thanks to :' section of any music project that this sound makes its
way onto. You don't have to include my name if you don't want to, but
just remember, I'd do it for you.

- This isn't some kind of shareware nonsense?
Nope. I don't believe that shareware is a good thing. I've seen
far too much garbage over the past 7 or 8 years that people wanted me to
send them money for using. I've only seen a couple of pieces of software
that I thought were worth any money at all, and I would certainly not pay
what the author was asking in all but one of those cases.
This is not to say I dislike commercial software, because comm. soft.
is usually worth buying (sometimes it can be pricey though). I dislike
ShareW because it is too often used as a channel to sell complete crap.
It eliminates the much-needed talent filter that the software industry
provides, while simultaneously providing an incentive for doofuses to flood
the public domain with their worthless drivel.
I like to work with computers. I don't expect to get paid for my
pleasure unless I feel that I've put a lot of effort into it. I like to
share whatever I come up with because I like it when people share with me.
I believe in giving. Therefore, this, and nearly everything I do unless
I am deliberately trying to feed myself, is FREE!

- Okay, you pompous ass, who are you?

P.S. - I must tell you. If you are a musician or a music lover, you owe it
to yourself to buy at least one album by the band SAIGON KICK. I
recommend 'Water' as a good one to start off with. These guys
have something for everyone. I also highly recommend the debut
album by the band T-RIDE. Another phenomenal work by another group
of dedicated artists. Okay, I'll stop plugging my favorite stuff...
