1. "Copy the ZIP file to your HDD. The recommended directory is C:\drivers\Modem.
2. Then unzip it with -d option to store the sub-directories.
ex.)PKUNZIP -d C:\drivers\Modem\*.ZIP C:\drivers\Modem.
3. Double click "My Computer".
4. Double click "c:\drivers\Modem" inside "My Computer".
5. Double click "setup" or "setup.exe" to install driver.
6. Follow the setup program.
7. Restart the system for the driver to be effective.

1. Open "Control Panel" folder.
2. Invoke "Add\Remove Programs" icon.
3. Choose "Agere Systems AC'97 Modem" item.
4. Click on "Add/Remove" button to remove drivers.

2. Type "ati3", then press "Enter".

Run "setup.exe -s" in command line to execute silent install.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
