Download

1. Click Download File and follow the remaining prompts to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Run to unzip the download package into your hard drive.
3. The file explorer will open pointing to the directory containing the download package. Please take note of the path.

Firmware upgrade through the Windows utility

ATTENTION
1. Backup the user data in Solid-State Drive.
2. Switch to AC Power.
3. Put targeted SSD which want to be flashed FW as slave drive or master drive.
4. After Flash the new FW,system must shut down then power on just able to update to new FW.
5. The utility only support Win 7/Win8.1/Win10/Win x32/x64 with IRST 14.8 or above and only support Win 8.1/Win 10 x32/x64 with native driver.

Procedure
1. Run the utility contained therein to start firmware update process.
2. On the first screen, if the target SSD is not listed, select it and then Click "Update".
3. The next screen is a warning message. It states the risks and reminds user to backup important files before proceeding. Please click OK to proceed.
4. Firmware upgrade will proceed. When the firmware upgrade process completes, the user will be prompted to shut down the machine. Please close all open applications and save your work before shut down your machine.
5. Power on the system and load the firmware. Once the firmware update is complete (screen will show firmware update done), you can boot into Windows.
6. To confirm the firmware update was successful, open Device manager -> open SSD -> click Properties -> choose hardware ID under Details and check the firmware version.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
