If this happens, connect the device directly to the USB port on the PC, or change the USB port that the device is connected to. - When you connect the device to your PC, the drive that relates to the Card Reader may not appear in Windows Explorer. This behavior can occur if you map a network drive to the next available drive letter after the local volumes and CD-ROM drives have been assigned drive letters. If you experience this problem, you should assign the network drive to any other drive letters and reboot your PC. - When working with very large files, Windows may run low on virtual memory and not function properly. In this case, please refer to your Windows documentation on how to increase your virtual memory setting. - For details on functions related to 64-bit versions of Windows, see the corresponding user's manual. - For information on application software that can be used on 64-bit versions of Windows, contact the corresponding manufacturer. - When stamp, background, tiling/poster, and pattern print are set to on, you may not be able to print documents correctly from certain applications. In such cases, open the printer driver setup window according to the procedure below, set stamp, background, tiling/poster, and pattern print to off, and then execute printing. 1) From the [Start] menu, select the following items: For Windows 7: [Devices and Printers] For Windows Vista: [Control Panel]-[Hardware and Sound]- [Printers] For Windows XP: [Control Panel]-[Printers and Other Hardware]-[Printers and Faxes] 2) Click the icon of the printer model to be used. 3) From the [File] menu, select [Printing preferences]. If the [File] menu is not displayed, press the [Alt] key on the keyboard to display the [File] menu. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
