HighPoint Web RAID Management Software (WebGUI&CLI) is used to monitor and configure
your hard disks and RAID arrays attached to HighPoint RAID controllers.

2. System Requirements
------------------------
The software package must be installed on system with supported HighPoint
RAID controllers installed, and the device driver must be loaded to run
the service.
A web browser with XML support is required on the client side, e.g. Internet
Explorer 6.0, Mozilla or FireFox.
3. Installing the Software Package
------------------------------------
To install the packge, run "HighPoint RAID Management.exe".
4. Running the Management Software
------------------------------------
a. RUN WebGUI
To run the WebGUI, start your browser and enter the following URL address:
http://localhost:7402
If you are accessing WebGUI on a remote system please change "localhost"
to the server address.
If you can't connect to a remote HPT WebGUI, check if hptsvr is running on that
system and you can access the remote system via TCP/IP connection. If you
have firewall configured, make sure TCP port 7402 is not blocked.
b. RUN CLI
To run CLI, in the start menu under the folder "HighPoint RAID Management",
click "hptraidconf" then input username and password that same as WebGUI used.
Or start your cmd terminal and input the command:
hptraidconf
then you need input USERNAME and PASSWORD(same as WebGUI) or
you can use the command:
hptraidconf -u RAID -p hpt
to login.
And you can enter a complete command with parameters at the cmd prompt and receive
one output result on the screen at a time.
hptraidconf -u {username} -p {password} {command}
Example:
#hptraidconf -u RAID -p hpt query controllers

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
