Configure HighPoint RAID Management Service for SAF-TE enclosures
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To use HighPoint RAID Management Service with SAF-TE enclosures, a customized
configuration file (i2csep.conf) is needed.

For Windows platforms, you should put i2csep.conf under the service installation
directory, generally "C:\Program Files\HighPoint Technologies, Inc\HighPoint
RAID Management Software\Service\".

For Linux and FreeBSD platforms, the configuration file is /etc/i2csep.conf.

The RAID management service (hptsvr) needs to be restarted when the
configuration file is updated.

HighPoint provides sample configuration files for general SAF-TE enclosures
and HighPoint's X4 enclosure. Please refer to those files to create your own
enclosure configuration file.
