(Characters will be overlappted.) It is not caused by the Printer Driver for the UP-CX1. 2.In case you are using Adobe Photoshop, printouts may not be correct if you print files which resolution is not equal to the printer's resolution (300dpi). In such case, please set the resolution to 300dpi on Photoshop and retry printing. 3.In case you are using Adobe Photoshop, please choose "Page Setup..." from File menu for changing page settings. If you choose "Print..." and change page settings, printing may not be correct. 4.When you print a file of several pages on Adobe PageMaker, page 2 or later pages will not be printed correctly. In this case, please print one by one by specifying each page in "Ranges" from Print dialog. 5.If you cancel the print job in spooling, you might not be able to print depending on an application. Please cancel the print job after completing "spooling". 6.If you delete the documents that are waiting to be printed, the next document might be deleted. 7.When you connect the printer to an old PC (Pentium ‡V or older CPU), the data transfer speed might become much slower or the printout might be corrupted because the performance of the PC is not enough to process the printing job. In such case, we suggest changing the settings on PC as follows. On [Start] menu, click [Control Panel]. In [Control Panel], double-click [Printers and Faxes]. Select "Sony UP-CX1 Series"icon and Select [Properties]on the [File]menu. Click the [Advanced]tab. Select "Print directly to the printer", not "Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster". 8.When multiple printing jobs are being processed, a blank printout may come out in rare cases. In such case, we suggest changing the setting to "Print directly to the printer" according to Notes 7 before printing.
