Information on EPSON File Manager Ver. 1.3 (for Windows)
===============================================================================================

EPSON File Manager cautions are described below.
Please read printer's documentation about environment and specification.

[Sound Reproduction]
To reproduce sound data attached to photographic data, you will need a Sound Blaster or
compatible sound card. The accuracy of the sound reproduction may be affected by the format of
the sound data and/or the compression format used.

[Do Not Change, Move, or Delete Image Files While In Use]
EPSON File Manager refers to the original photo file during all operations. You therefore
should not change, move, or delete a photo file in Explorer until all operations are finished.
When photo data is being read from a memory card, floppy disk, CD, MO or other removable media,
do not remove that media while it is in use.

[Do Not Change, Move, or Delete Files in the EPSON File Manager Folder]
EPSON File Manager uses the files located in the File Manager folder while it is running.
You therefore should not move or delete files in the File Manager folder.
If you do move or delete any of these files and File Manager becomes unstable, uninstall
File Manager (deleting the File Manager folder if it is still there after the uninstall process)
and then reinstall File Manager.

[Deleting EPSON File Manager]
To delete EPSON File Manager, select [Programs] on the [Start] menu, and then click
[EPSON Creativity Suite], [File Manager], [Uninstall EPSON File Manager]. If you are using
Windows XP, select [Add/Remove Programs] from the [Control Panel], select EPSON File Manager,
and follow the uninstall instructions.
In Windows XP, you will not be able to uninstall the program unless you have Administrator
permissions. Log in as Administrator to uninstall the program.

If the uninstall process does not delete all of the items associated with the program, manually
delete all files and folders in the File Manager folder.

[Note Regarding TWAIN Image Acquisition]
TWAIN acquisition may take an extremely long time depending on the settings defined for TWAIN
acquisition.

This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group.
