Upgrade or re-program EP-3506 from ANY previous firmware versions to this latest PRO version: 1. Use SURECOM's terminal cable (both ends are DB-9 pin, female) to connect your PC with EP-3506. 2. Run "SETUP" for connection with PC's COM1 or "SETUP 2" for connection with PC's COM2 in MSDOS system or previous MSDOS system in Windows systems. 3. After successful connection and menu screen shows up, you should press both [ALT] and [F] keys simultaneously, then you will see the screen display "FullBIOS update FileName ==> IMGPROFF.ROM" 4. Enter "IMGPROFF.ROM" file name if this file name does not show to you automatically and press [Enter] key to start firmware upgrade. The latest SETUP program uses the "IMGPROFF.ROM" file name as default. You could just press [Enter] key to start your firmware upgrade. B. Re-program EP-3506 PRO with same firmware version: 1. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
