Installing FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card
for Windows 98 Users

FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card USER'S GUIDE or onscreen instructions,
for Windows 98 users regarding FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card installation.

Follow the steps to install the FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card's driver:
1. Start your PC, then insert the FE-Card Fast Ethernet
PC Card into an available PC Card slot in your PC .
2. After starting Windows 98, the FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card will
be detected automatically, then the Add New Hardware Wizard
window appears.
3. Click Next button and insert the FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card
Installation diskette into floppy disk drive.
4. Choose the "Search for the best driver for your device", then
click the Next button.
5. Make sure the "Floppy disk drives" is selected. Click Next
button.
6. Win98 will start to search floppy drive A for network driver,
and Windows displays the message
"FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card"
5. Click Next button,
then the Win98 starts to copy the FE-Card Fast Ethernet PC Card
driver to the user's hard disk.
6. Click Finish button. Then restart your computer.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
