1.引言-------------------------------------------------------------------------

该软件是打印机管理员用来在多个计算机上轻易构建相同打印环境的工具。

管理员可以使用该软件根据要在每个计算机上安装的软件和软件设置来创建安装程序 
(Custom Installer)。

在每个计算机上，只需通过执行该 Custom Installer，便可安装 Custom Installer 
中包含的软件以及配置打印机介质信息和收藏夹等设置。

     (注）
     - 该软件无法在 32 位版本的 Windows 上使用。
       如果使用 32 位版本的 Windows，请使用 32 位版本的 
       Custom Installer Creation Tool。
     - 对于 Windows 操作系统，请使用最新版本的 Service Pack。

     运行上述软件的任何计算机
     硬盘上的推荐可用空间：200 MB 或更大

     imagePROGRAF 打印机驱动程序 4.16 版或更高版本
     imagePROGRAF Status Monitor 25.20 版或更高版本
     Printer Driver Optimization Module for AutoCAD 1.10 版或更高版本

3. 注意事项、局限性和限制 ----------------------------------------------------

- 必须以管理员身份登录 Windows。

- 如果在要创建 Custom Installer 的计算机上安装的打印机驱动程序中，
  收藏夹的名称中包含以下任意字符，则无法创建 Custom Installer。请更改名称，
  使其不包含以下任意字符。
    \/:*?"<>|

- 在 [安装设置（可选）] 对话框中清除 [安装程序运行时显示对话框] 复选框的
  情况下所创建的 Custom Installer 将以静默（不显示任何对话框）模式运行。
  在这种情况下，无论安装是成功还是失败，都不会显示对话框。

- Printer Driver Optimization Module for AutoCAD v1.10 包含在 
  Custom Installer 中时，在 [指定软件] 对话框上，版本显示为“1.1.0.0”。

- 通过执行所创建的 Custom Installer 而安装的打印机驱动程序会使用标准 TCP/IP 
  进行安装。

- 共享打印机不会显示在 [选择打印机驱动程序] 对话框中的 
  [已安装打印机驱动程序的列表] 中。
  不能为共享打印机创建 Custom Installer。

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
