1. はじめに -------------------------------------------------------------------

imagePROGRAF Device Setup Utilityは、お使いのコンピュータとプリンタが通信できる
ように設定するためのユーティリティです。
このユーティリティを使用して、お使いのコンピュータからプリンタのIPアドレスや
ネットワークのフレームタイプなどの基本的な設定を行うことができます。

3. 使用上の注意 ---------------------------------------------------------------

本ソフトウェアの使用にあたって、以下の点をご注意ください。

- インストールする前にAdministrator権限でWindowsにログオンする必要があります。

- imagePROGRAF Device Setup Utilityを使用するためには、Windowsのファイア
  ウォール機能で対象のソフトウェアに対するブロックを解除する必要があります。

- Windowsのファイアウォール機能については、Windowsのヘルプおよびマニュアルを
  参照してください。

- プリンタパネルから、0.x.x.x等のアドレスを設定した場合、Device Setup Utility
  からは検索できないことがあります。
  その場合、プリンタパネルからIPアドレスを設定しなおしてください。

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
