Introduction
============

The following executable file is part of the Broadcom BCM57XX UEFI Diagnostics release:

Diagnostic Usage
================

For UEFI X64 using 'Boot from EFI File':

3. To run in engineering mode create a DOS type batch file in the same directory called 'b57diag.bat'
   The contents of this file is the same as running b57diag from a batch file from DOS and specifying
   the command line switches. (eg. 'b57diag64.efi -b57eng'). Note: This batch file will not execute
   from a UEFI shell.
Note: All the diagnostic files (including support files) must be located in the root directory of the
removable media.

For UEFI X64 from the EFI Shell:
1. Boot to or load the UEFI X64 shell. At the UEFI shell command line type: "b57diag64.efi"
2. To run in engineering mode at the command line type: "b57diag64.efi -b57eng"
3. To get help on the b57diag64 options type: "b57diag64.efi -help" at the command line.
Note: To run all the standard diagnostic tests, the .bin support files must be present in the same directory.
