+ [No-fixed] LSG00248680 - Installer - High contrast does not apply with windows Standard(Large)
Defect LSG00248680, when windows Accessibility Options are turned on to enable High Contrast settings with
Windows Standard(Large) font HPDIU UI is unusable, is caused due to Internet Explorer 6's inability to render
standard web pages correctly in High Contrast settings. An upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 resolves the issue.
Since Internet Explorer 7 is not available on Windows 2000, the following work around can be used to provide
an acceptable user experience using Internet Explorer 6 on Windows 2000:
    1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    2. On the General tab, click Accessibility.
    3. Select the following options:
      a. Ignore colors specified on Web pages
      b. Ignore font styles specified on Web pages
      c. Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages

+ The IP Address retrieval algorithm has been changed to retrieve addresses in the following order : Preferred address, IPv4 address, IPv6 address.
