1. In Device Manager, "Scan For Hardware Changes".
2. If "WinTV-HVR-723x" device IS NOT present go to step 6.
3. Uninstall "WinTV-HVR-723x" device, being sure to select "Delete driver sofware for this device".
4. If told to reboot machine, reboot and then begin again from Step 1.
5. If not told to reboot, go directly back to Step 1.
6. Delete old Services Keys by running "hcwK3C3_DeleteOld64BitServiceName.reg"
which is included with this driver version 1.0.576.27272.
7. Reboot machine and then install new driver.
FUTURE DRIVERS WILL NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

Download Driver Pack
