The file extension must not be changed. II. KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF THE RELEASE::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: 1) Addressed some NTP issues where the NTP time server address could be reset. 2) Addressed an issue where excessive memory writes could occur when connected to an MFP. 3) Fixed an issue with SNMP where unrequested printer mib traps might be sent out. 4) Corrected some issues related to busy hangs and cancel hangs. 5) Various minor bug fixes. III. LIMITATIONS AND COMPATIBILITY OF THE RELEASE::::::::::::::::::::::::: One of the following methods is required to update the network Adapter with this release of firmware flash: 1) The embedded web server can be used to update the firmware: 1. Enter the IP address of the adapter into the address field in your web browser. 2. Click the 'Configuration' button. 3. Select the 'Update Print Server Firmware' link near the bottom of the page. 4. Enter the filename or use the 'Browse' button to locate the updated flash file. 5. Click the 'Flash' button to begin the flashing process. 2) The flash file can also be sent down to the adapter via TFTP with a binary transfer. In the following examples the flash file is located in the C:\inaflash\ directory. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
