History Driver 2440 / 2540

Version 1.1 to 1.4:
- added new graphics resolutions:
for 2440/2540-9W	: the additional resolution is 90x72 dpi
for 2440/2540-24W	: the additional resolution is 90x180 dpi
- Problems with some fonts in 7.5 and 8.6cpi
- FL shorter than 6” now possible (min 3")

Version 1.5:
fixed wrong ESC command for ‘Fanfold 14 7/8 x 11 in’ form.
The formlength was set to 11 2/3 inches (ESC C F) instead of exactly 11 inches (ESC C B).
The problem happened only with wide body printers (2540/9 and 2540/24), but for compatibility
reasons the version number was also increased to V1.5.0 for the small body printers (2440/9 and 2440/24).
