Issues Resolved:

  2.3.0 
  (GbE)       
	[Quad: 620593] Enable capability via driver properties GUI to set the link speed and duplex mode.
	[Quad: 618112] Removed the restriction of Locally Administrated Address (MAC Adress) from Read only to Read/Write.
  	[Quad: 629551] Bug Fixed where default value of PHY register 0x16h is being overwritten by GBE driver with
		       some value which is not required.
	[Quad: 629540] Enable MAC address implementation for GbE without EEPROM support.

  (SATA)      
	[Quad: 629543] Resolved issue on BSOD failure while performing heavy stress test (BurnIn Test).
	               Modified SATA driver BusType from SCSI to ATA.
        [Quad: 626805] Modified Topcliff SATA Driver class from SCSI to ATA Class.

  (SPI), (UART), (USB), (PacketHub), (IEEE1588), (I2C), (GPIO),(DMA), (CAN)   Updated the version number.

History:
  2.2.0     Integrate each driver's package into one package.

    (CAN)     Resolved the OS hangs issue, when CAN tx side runs
              but rx side is not up.
    (GbE)     Resolved the issue that GbE driver may disturb sleep or
              hibernation, if the ethernet cable is connected.
    (PacketHub) Resolved the issue that GbE driver can not read MAC address
                correctly, if a BIOS enables ADE bit of Extended ROM Base
                Address Register in PCI space register when OS boots up.
    (UART)    Resolved the issue that UART can not send data, when UART cable
              is not connected.
    (USBC)    Appended in this package.
    (DMA), (GPIO), (I2C), (IEEE1588), (SATA), (SPI)    Updated the version number.

Description:

 This driver package is a component set for Windows* Embedded Standard 2009.

 Please import the components to the component database on your development
 machine using Microsoft Component Database Manager.

 PCH_EG20T_230.sld defines the dependency relationship of all the EG20T device
 drivers. After importing PCH_EG20T_230.sld in Microsoft Component Database 
 Manager, 'Intel(R) Platform Controller Hub EG20T' component appears in
 'Hardware\Chipset' node of Microsoft Target Designer's Component Browser.

 If importing to an existing database for WES 2009, please delete the old .sld file 
 before the new .sld file is imported.
