    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    This README file contains the following sections:

    I.   Office XP Problem
    II. Enabling WIA for Windows Server 2003

    I. Office XP Problem
    ====================

    Multiple pages can not be scanned from the Document Feeder using the WIA
    driver with Office XP applications. This is a known MS issue.

    II. Enabling WIA for Windows Server 2003
    ========================================

    The Windows Image Aquisition (WIA) service is disabled by default for
    Windows Server 2003. To allow the WIA microdriver to work, the WIA
    service must be enabled using the following steps:

	1. Select the 'Start' button on the taskbar.
	2.  Select All Programs->Administrative Tools->Services.
	3. Double-click the 'Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)' service
	4.  Select the 'General' tab.
	5. Change the 'Startup type' to Automatic. This will automatically
	    start the WIA service after a reboot.
	6. Under 'Server status', select 'Start' to start the WIA service for
	    this session.
	7.  Click on 'OK'.
	8. The WIA microdriver can now be used.
