The parameters enclosed in square and angle brackets are optional.
The following describes each one:
-d delay driver to initial LAN card
-e you can exchange the running sequence of EII & 802.3
-n convert ETHERNET_II header to IEEE 802.3 header
-w let packet driver run under WINDOWS

-h on line HELP
PD_INT_NO packet driver INT entry (0x60 to 0x80)
IRQ IRQ setting 2, 3 (Default), 4, 5, 10, 11 ,12, 15
IO_BASE I/O base 300 (Default), 320, 340, 360
MEM_BASE SHARE RAM memory address D000 (Default), D400, D800,
DC00 C000, C400, C800, CC00
Important note:
The IRQ and IO_BASE settings should be the same
as the adapter's hardware configuration. If you are using
the default adapter settings, you may omit typing these
values.
Example
-------
The following command line loads the Packet Driver
for Accton's EN1204 at software interrupt 60h, at I/O
address 300, at hardware interrupt 3, at shared RAM address D000.
VLNWPD 0x60 0XD000 0x3 0x300
or
VLNWPD 0x60
Note that the default I/O address is 300, IRQ is 3.
The software interrupt should always be preceded by
"0x"
