THIS PROCEDURE ASSUMES THAT ANY CONFIGURATION OF ANY UNIX SYSTEM IS
AVAILABLE TO PREPARE THE "Manager Set" FLOPPY DISK

1. Copy this DOS file to a DOS formatted floppy using the DOS copy command
(any size disk, 3.5" DSHD 1.44 preferred).

2. Boot the UNIX computer and change to the /tmp directory (single-user
maintenance mode is preferred, otherwise login as user root).

3. Transfer the file to the UNIX hard disk. Use the appropriate UNIX copy
     command.

In SCO Xenix, UNIX or ODT, the command is:
	       doscp <d:>2920V12.DDZ /tmp/2920v12.dd.Z

4. Format a fresh UNIX floppy (size: 3.5" DSHD 1.44).

In SCO Xenix, UNIX or Open DeskTop (ODT), the command is:
	       format /dev/rfd0135ds18

5. Uncompress the file.

	  Use the UNIX command:
	       uncompress 2920v12.dd.Z

This will convert the file to 2920v12.dd

6. Copy the image file to the disk:

In SCO Xenix, UNIX or Open DeskTop (ODT), the command is:
	       dd if=2920v12.dd of=/dev/rfd0135ds18

In USL UNIX (UnixWare), the command is:
	       dd if=2920v12.dd of=/dev/rdsk/f0q18dt

7. Use this disk for "normal" installation/upgrade purposes per standard
     documentation.

In SCO UNIX or ODT, type:
		    link
at the Boot: prompt, use the driver name of fdhbpkg and follow the
	  screen instructions.
