Any software downloaded or purchased from ArcSoft website located at www.arcsoft.com is governed by the privacy terms set forth in the license agreement for such product and not this Privacy Policy.

A. INFORMATION COLLECTED
Through use of TotalMedia, EPG provides an on-screen listing of all television programs and content that is customized for you when the service is subscribed.

When you register as a subscriber of the EPG, ArcSoft will request and collect Personal Information (as defined below) from you and also automatically receive and record information on its server logs from your browser, which may include, but not limited to, your IP address, cookie information and access times and geographic information which may include your country and postal code. The information requested and collected hereunder identifies you, including, but not limited to, your name, home or other physical address, email address, phone number or other contact information, and credit card or other payment method information ("Personal Information"). The Personal Information will be used to provide you customized TV program listings at your request. From your use of the EPG, ArcSoft also collects information regarding the download of the data necessary by you for the operation of the EPG, including the customized TV listings and other related data. The said information includes the amount of data downloaded, the duration of the download, whether the download completed successfully, and edits to remedy incorrect channel assignments.

B. USE OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

We will only provide those companies with the information they need to deliver the service. They are required in writing to maintain the confidentiality of that information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
