To properly install this driver you will need to follow the steps listed below.
(It is very important that you do not physically plug the USB device in until the driver has been installed properly. {steps 1-2})
1.install driver by double clicking "setup.exe"
2.re-boot PC
3.plug-in USB camera
4.re-boot PC
For existing users seeking to update driver or repair damaged driver______________________-
1.un-plug your USB camera device
2.go to your control panel in Windows, typically this can be found by selecting the start button and then settings
3.enter add/ remove programs
4.select your previous driver (typically denoted by TC, EC) and delete
5.reboot
6.follow new installation listed above

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
