END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The following end-user license agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (or your company or institution) and Podcast Ready, Inc. (the “Company”), the owner of this software product (the “Software”), concerning the license and use of the Software.
  
ATTENTION: By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software. 

License Grant:  You have a license to use the Software.  You do not own the Software.  All right, title and ownership interest, including copyright, in the Software remain exclusively with the Company.  Your use of the Software is subject to and limited by the terms of this Agreement.  All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

Limited Usage:  The Software is for personal use only.  No maintenance, support, or update is included with this software license.  You may not sub-license, transfer, or distribute the Software in any manner.  You may not bundle, integrate, incorporate or package the Software with any other product or software for sale, licensing, transfer, exchange, or distribution of any kind.  

Restrictions:  The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.  Certain aspects of the Software constitute trade secrets and confidential information of the Company.  You may not modify or create derivative works of the Software. 
You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, translate, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law. 
Warranty.  The Software is provided to you on an “AS IS” basis, without any warranties of any kind.   

Disclaimer of Other Warranties:   COMPANY disclaimS all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, NONINFRINGEMENT OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE IN TRADE.  FURTHERMORE, COMPANY  DOES not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet YOUR requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free.  

Limitation of Liability:  IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE OR KIND WHATSOEVER.  COMPANY’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE.
General.  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.  The only venue for any claim or dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be in Harris County, Texas.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
