How to install Realtek LAN driver in Windows 98 Second Edition ============================================================== 1. Insert the "Driver and Utility" CD to CDROM/DVDROM device. 2. Double click [My Computer], double click [Control Panel], double click [System]. 3. Click on [Device Manager] tab. 4. Click on [Refresh] button. 5. System will find new hardware "Realtek RTL 8139(A/B/C/8130) PCI Fast Ether NIC" or "PCI Ethernet Controller" It depends on does OS can reconize this hardware. 6. Click on [Next] twice. 7. Please select "Specify a location:" only, and click [Browse...] to select CDROM drive:(example D:)\LAN\WIN98 , then click [OK] to confirm driver location 8. Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
