for Windows XP, VISTA, 7(x86 and x64)

"F302108FWUP5.EXE" updates uPD720200 FW from verion 3.0.1.6 or older
to 3.0.2.1. If the FW version is 3.0.2.1 or later, it does not update.
Note1 : F302108FWUP5.EXE is for uPD720200 whose revision ID of PCI Configuration Register
is 3h or for later version.
Note2 : If uPD720200 is not detected on the target PC, F302108FWUP5.EXE does not start
to update.
Note3 : If multiple uPD720200s are detected on the PC, F302108FWUP5.EXE does not start
to update.
Note4 : F302108FWUP5.EXE updates FW regardless of SSID and SVID in the serial ROM.
(If you want to limit the update target to the device with specific SSID
and SVID, you can generate the update file with "Updater Generator".)
Note5 : Users must restart or shoutdown after updating the FW.

2. Usage

1. Disconnect all USB devices connected with the USB3.0 ports.
2. Execute "F302108FWUP5.EXE".
3. Show the License Agreement. If you accept all the terms of the
preceding License Agreement, please select "I accept".
4. Show the precaustions. Please check all items.
5. Press "Update" button.
6. After updating, let you restart the computer.
7. Confirm FW Version.
On the Start menu, click All Programs, NEC Electronics,
USB3.0 Host Controller Driver, and then USB3.0 Hsot Controller Utility.
8. Show USB3.0 Host Controller Information. If "Firmware Version" is 3021,
you succeed in updating FW.

- Fixed serial rom detecting function. When using a non-recommended serial
rom, previous updater(F302108FWUP1.EXE adn F302108FWUP3.EXE) can't detect
as the non-recommended serial rom. This bug has no effect on the recommended
serial rom(AT25F512/A/B, MX25L512) user.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
