This release of the firmware added some new function to address issues and also to
enhance the user's experience. Below is a list of the update since the last release:
1. Disabled Net2Phone voice function if error occurs with the Account number
and Password.
2. Fixed SNMP Vulnerability problem sent through the WAN port
3. User can disable to login Linksys Net2phone Server
4. Support MSN Messenger 4.5:
A. Make a phone call,
B. The lengths of router's WAN and Lan IPs are different
5. Fixed tracert under NAT mode problem
6. Fixed the problem where the DHCP Discovery request is sent when
the lease time expires.
7. Fixed DHCP not sending a request when lease time expires.
8. Router can support PCs with small MTU settings
to configure the router.
9. Supports Applying settings without rebooting (Password, DHCP,
MAC Filter, Forwarding, DMZ, MAC Addr.Clone)
10. Added DNS and WINS setting in DHCP User Interface
page.
11. Support for multi-IPSec pass-through
12. Fixed Nortel VPN pass-thru
13. Forced MTU enabled and size = 1492,when PPPoE is enabled
14. Added DHCP Lease time for LAN connections
15. Added PPTP client for European users.
16. Updated Web upgrade utility
17. New WAN connection setting Interface in the SETUP page.
18. Fixed DHCP server problem that assign one IP address to 2 PCs
19. Fixed IP filter problem when start IP is bigger then end IP
20. Fixed Log radio disappear when click Cancel button on Log UI page
21. Fixed some time user can see the UI page without password problem
22. Fixed PCC prompts "This version needs the special router" when installation
23. Change the aging time of AOL application (#5190) connection to 90 minutes.
24. Modify UI pages to fix the banner problem in Netscape 4.7, 6.0
Known issues

This release of the firmware only has one issue. The issue is with the FTP server. This release is available to address some immediate needs and security measures. There will be a follow up firmware to address the issue we are aware of.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
