1  Overview
===========

The Marvell WMI Support installation package contains the Marvell 32-bit 
WMI Support for the Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet Adapter Family. 

This README file explains how to install the WMI Support installation 
package on a machine running Windows 2000 and Windows XP and Windows 
Server 2003. 



2  Required Files
=================

To install the WMI Support, the following file is required: 

    SetupWMIWin.exe


3  Installation Instructions
============================

To install the Miniport Driver, proceed as follows: 

1. Execute the setup file SetupWMIWin.exe . 

2. Follow the instructions of the installation procedure. 



4  Troubleshooting
==================

If your particular problem is not listed or the error persists, please
send your system event log file or at least the event id number and the
logging data (as WORDs) of the entries made by Marvell WMI Support to our
technical support.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
