To set up flashcom32 to flash a modem do the following:
1. In Flashcom.ini change the firmware file under [Files]
to be the proper firmware to be flashed. The following
example sets up Flashcom32 to flash v2300p.s37.
"File04=v2300p.s37, 2, FIRMWARE, Modem Firmware, "
2. Place the target firmware (in this case v2300p.s37)
in the same directory as the Falsecom32 files.
3. Zip Up all the Flashcom32 files plus the target
firmware file together.
4. Give the following instructions to the customer:
1. Unzip all the flash files into an empty directory.
2. With this directory open, double click on
Flashcom32.exe.
3. After Flashcom32 is done validating installed
modems, click on the modem you wish up update or
flash.
4. Next, click on "Update Modem...."
5. Next, click "OK" to accept the Modem Firmware and
loader choices.
6. Finally, click "OK" after reading the Abort
warning screen....and flashing will begin.

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
