1. WINDOWS 95/NT
The ActiveX driver does not support Windows 95/NT.
2. WINDOWS 2000
To install the ActiveX driver in a networked Windows 2000 environment,
make sure you have administrator rights.
This release of the driver cannot run without administrator rights.
3. COMPATIBILITY WITH IMAGING PROGRAMS
The ActiveX driver is compatible with all the imaging software which
implement the Gendex DLL library ver.5.1.
4. PCI COMPATIBILITY
No known problems.
5. INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING
- The CD-ROM auto-run function may be disabled on your computer.
If the installation program does not run a few seconds after inserting
the CD-ROM in your computer then run the program Setup.Exe in the
Software folder of the CD-ROM.
- It is possible that an incorrect driver is installed on your
computer. In this case it is necessary to remove this driver from the
Control Panel and then install the correct one. To do this:
a) Select the Control Panel, which can be accessed by selecting Settings
from the Start Menu.
b) Click on the System ICON.
c) Go to the Device Manager page and locate the the incorrect driver
It may be in the "Unknown Device" section.
d) Select the driver and then click Remove to delete it.
e) Select Refresh to install the correct driver.
6. UNINSTALLING
The ActiveX driver can be removed from Windows by accessing the common
Uninstall procedure. To do this:
a) Select the Control Panel, which can be accessed by selecting Settings
from the Start Menu .
b) Select Add/Remove Programs.
c) Select "Orthoralix DPI ActiveX Driver" and then click Remove.
d) The uninstall program will remove all the ActiveX files but will not
remove the driver itself.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
