VI Name: me3000SIOCheckError.vi

Description:
This function reads the three error bits of the "Line status" register
and generates error messages for „overrun“-, „parity“- and „framing“
errors.


VI Name: me3000SIOClearBuffer.vi

Description:
This function sets the driver internal structure of the type
ME-3000_SIO to zero. This structure is only used in the interrupt
mode of operation.

Description:
This function closes the serial port; the internal driver buffers are released.


VI Name: me3000SIOGetRegisters.vi

Description:
This function reads in all 8 registers of the UART device. The transfer
is completed with the structure ME3000_SIO_REGS. This is intended
for experienced users who are familiar with the 16C550 UART component.

This function allows the user to connect the UART output registers
with the input registers. A local interface test will be processed and
