End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Universal Remote Control, Inc. for the Universal Remote Control software that accompanies this EULA ('SOFTWARE'), including all updates, revisions, subsets and supplements of the original SOFTWARE and the accompanying documentation if any. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms herein. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
BE ADVISED that this version of the SOFTWARE does NOT include a Live Update feature.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Universal Remote Control, Inc. grants you a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the SOFTWARE only in accordance with the programming manual and solely in combination with the appropriate Universal Remote Control device that has been obtained through an authorized source.
RESTRICTIONS
Universal Remote Control, Inc. grants no rights of ownership. You may not disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, translate or otherwise convert the SOFTWARE to any form that can be read and/or understood by humans to the extent that the contents are revealed. The SOFTWARE may contain Trade Secrets. Unauthorized use or disclosure of the SOFTWARE may cause irreparable harm to Universal Remote Control, Inc.
THIS SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRADED, DISTRIBUTED FOR A FEE OR DISSEMINATED TO OTHERS BY ANY MEANS WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL, INC.
COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is protected by U.S. and international laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
WARRANTY
This product is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, neither expressed nor implied.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM USE OF THIS SOFTWARE EVEN IF NEGLIGENCE CAN BE ESTABLISHED. IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, SOFTWARE OR APPLICATIONS OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABILITY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE TO THE FULL EXTENT THESE DAMAGES MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Universal Remote Control, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, provide limited technical support, training, documentation and/or other forms of information applicable to the SOFTWARE. In every case, the technical support, training, documentation and/or other forms of information are offered "AS IS" and are governed by the terms of the WARRANTY and LIMITATION OF REMEDIES as indicated above.
APPLICABLE LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
