========================================================================
Enabling Tapping Mode

Linux:
-Add RM_MODE = RM_TAPPING in wanpipeX section of wanpipex.conf

Windows:
-In Device Manager->Sangoma Hardware Abstraction Driver (Analog)->
	Analog Modules->Miscellenious Interface Options->FXO Tapping, set it
	to "On".

Notes:

- When line is unplugged, "Disconnect" event follows "Off-hook" event because
  Off-hook also means no battery on the line. Only handle "Disconnect" event
  in this situation. There is at least 5 seconds delay between these two
  events.

- Connect/Disconnect events are only valid for FXO modules
