3054CB3 PLUS (Deluxe) Firmware Upgrade Guide
Firmware Version: 2.4.8

Follow the steps below to upgrade the firmware to 2.4.8

1.  You must reset the hardware to the factory default settings before you begin
    the upgrade process. 

2.  Unplug the device, hold down the reset button, and then plug the power back in. 
    Notice that the three LEDs are solid green. Release the reset button after 5 seconds.
    The device will then reboot into its default configuration (Bridge: 192.168.1.1)
    Note: This step is mandatory and will reset the device to its factory 
    default settings.  (All previous settings will be lost.) 

2.  Change your computer's IP address and subnet mask to the following: 
      IP Address: 192.168.1.10  
      Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

3.  Launch the web-browser and connect to the device using its default IP address:
    http://192.168.1.1 (Bridge Mode)

4.  To Login, leave the username and password fields blank. Click on the OK button.  

5.  Under the "System" menu click on "Firmware Upgrade"

6.  Click on the "Browse" button to select the firmware "3054cb3PlusDelx248.bin" 
  
7.  Click on the "Upload" button. Wait about 1 minute  until the upgrade is complete.
    You will see "Upload Successful". Wait, the device will reboot automatically within
    30 seconds.. 
    Warning: Do not power off the device during this process. 

8.  Click on the "Status" link under the System menu to verify the new firmware. 

9.  You must reset the hardware once more to complete the upgrade. 
    Unplug the device, hold down the reset button, and then plug the power back in. 
    Notice that the three LEDs are solid green. Release the reset button after 5 seconds.
    The device will then reboot into its default configuration (Bridge: 192.168.1.1)

10.  Upgrade process complete. 

11.  Launch the web-browser and connect to the device using its default IP address:
     http://192.168.1.1

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
