Thank you for downloading the 3193 LabVIEW Driver.
This LabVIEW driver is designed to control and collect data from Hioki's 3193 POWER HiTESTER when using National Instrument's LabVIEW.
For details on the driver specifications, refer to the Function Manual.

<Specifications>
1. This is the LabVIEW driver for the 3193 POWER HiTESTER.

2. This LabVIEW driver can control and collect data from the 3193 and the 9605.    However, it is not capable of controlling all functions.  For details, refer to the Function Manual.

3. If the optional 9605 harmonic wave analysis/flicker measurement unit is not installed, that unit's "vi" function cannot be used.


<Operating environment>
Any environment running Microsoft Windows95/98/NT4.0 + N.I. LabVIEW5/6 (Details depend on the LabVIEW operating specifications.)
The version of the 3193 is 1.21 or later.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
