          ICC Profile (Scanner Profile)
=====================================================================


 * The ICC profile for color scan is stored in this directory. 

 * Configure the "Output color space" to "Device's native color
   space" of Full Color Scan when using the color profile. If "Output
   color space" is not configured to "Device's native color space",
   the ICC profile stored in this directory will be unnecessary as
   the output color space from the scanner is in sRGB.

 * Compatible Machine Profile
   Panasonic DP-C401 ..... Panasonic DP-C401 Scan.icm
   Panasonic DP-C321 ..... Panasonic DP-C321 Scan.icm

 * About ICC Profile
   ICC profile refers to the files of the color display
   characteristics of each device that the ICC (International Color
   Committee) releases. 
   The characteristics of the device color is described in the ICC
   profile.
   The ICC profile is useful when performing special processes with
   special color applications on the scan data.
   The ICC profile can be used on operating systems or applications
   with CMS (Color Management System) installed.

Note:
In order to use the ICC profile, it is necessary to configure the
settings specified by the operating system or applications. For
details, refer to the manual of operating system or application used.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
