Cautions when Using a USB I/F
===============================
When printing via a USB interface on Mac OS X or later, the printing speed
will dramatically decrease or printing jobs may fail.
If this happens, use the script ("setup_for_mac.sh") in the
"Tips"-->"MSW_Setting" folder in the "starcupsdrv-X.X.X_mac.zip" (X.X.X
represents the driver version) in this driver package.
This will improve the problems described above.

FVP10 Compression Print Setting
====================================
Please refer to the following places for the Compression Print Setting.
Please execute the script("default.sh")in the "Tips"-->"FVP10_Compression_Print_Setting" folder in the
"starcupsdrv-X.X.X_mac.zip" (X.X.X represents the driver version)in this driver package.
The reduction print setting is 4 of the following.
1.Default
2.Vertical Compression Print 50% Setting
3.Horizontal Compression Print 67% Setting
4.Vertical Compression Print 50% Setting + Horizontal Compression Print 67% Setting

How to send RAW Data to CUPS Printer

If you want to send RAW data file to Printer without any filtering,
you can use "-oraw" option of the "LPR" command.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
