This caused Intel to ship some GM45 and GM47 parts to customers that may result in build and field failures in graphics leading to system hang. This message contains updated information on this issue. Intel has root caused the issue to a timing critical path at 533 MHz and 640 MHz and has a graphics driver and BIOS workaround that will address this issue for new shipments. Intel believes the current software workaround with the BIOS update will allow previously shipped GM45 parts to be used. Intel will provide guidance to customers about resuming builds of production boards on WW23.3. Intel expects to release GM45 shipments (CW) by WW23.3 to align with the BIOS update on WW23.3. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
