YOU, THE END OF USER, SHALL USE THIS SOFTWARE ("THE SOFTWARE")

1.Microsoft Corporation("Microsoft") and Ricoh Co., Ltd.("Ricoh")
retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software and
its copies.
2.Ricoh grants you the non-exclusive right to use the Software with
the printer unit listed in the "SUPPORTED MODELS" below.
3.THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
4.IN NO EVENT SHALL MICROSOFT, RICOH, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE
FOR DAMEGES (INCLUDING ANY FOR LOSS OF INFORMATION, PROFITS,
SAVINGS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF
THE SOFTWARE OF THE USE THEREOF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE.
5.You acknowledge that the export of the Software is governed by
the export control laws of the United States, Japan, and other
countries. You agree to comply with all such export control laws.

- INSTALLATION
1.Click [Start] on the taskbar, point to [Settings], and then click
[Printers(Printers and Faxes)].
Under Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, click [Devices and
Printers].
Double-click the [Add Printer] icon. [Add Printer Wizard] starts.
2.Click [Local Printer], and then click [Next].
3.Select the port you want to use, and then click [Next].
4.Click [Have Disk]. The Install From Disk dialog box is displayed.
In the Install From Disk dialog box, type the letter for the driver
which contains the installation diskette and click [OK].
5.Select the model of the printer you are using, and then click [Next].
6.Follow the instructions on the screen.
If the [Digital Signature Not Found(Hardware Installation)] dialog
box appears, click [Yes(Continue Anyway)], and continue the
installation.

1. Sharing a printer
When PCL5e driver of Windows9x/Me is shared on Windows2000/XP/NT4,
follow ARTICLE-ID:Q142667 of Microsoft Knowledge Base to install a
printer driver.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
