		     Release Notes for the ITE

		(C) Copyright 2003, ITE Corporation.

     This document contains release notes for the ITE 887X 
     Verify Driver, version 2.20 in the DOS system. They are:

     README.TXT =====> Contains documentation errata, system requirements,
		       information and tips.

     NEW_ITE.COM ========> Binary code of the 887X Verify Driver in the DOS system.

     Using The NEW_ITE.COM
     ---------------------------------------------------------
     The NEW_ITE.COM command line option following:

     1.Must use arguments in proper order, which are as follows,
        NEW_ITE.COM [COM3=xx] [COM4=yy] [COM5=pp] [COM6=qq] [COM7=ss] [COM8=tt] [LPT=aa] [LPT2=bb] [LPT3=cc] [/?] [-r]
	xx    : The Address of COM3
	yy    : The Address of COM4
	pp    : The Address of COM5
	qq    : The Address of COM6
	ss    : The Address of COM7
	tt    : The Address of COM8
	aa    : The Address of LPT
	bb    : The Address of LPT2
	cc    : The Address of LPT3
	/?    : Display usage
	-r    : Release driver
	none  : Defaults setup

     2.The argument [LPT=cc] doesn't recommend you to use, because it possible that "Port Conflict".
       If you want to use this argument, please independent use.

     3.Enhance supported maximum three of the 887X cards.
       In the first card, the argument are [COM3=xx], [COM4=yy] and [LPT=aa].
       In the second card, the argument are [COM5=pp], [COM6=qq] and [LPT2=bb].
       In the third card, the argument are [COM7=ss], [COM8=tt] and [LPT3=cc].

     4.For Example :
	If you will set COM3 address = 0x3e8, COM4 address = 0x2e8 and LPT address = 0x278
	in the only one card, you cna type following:

	new_ite com3=3e8 com4=2e8 lpt=278

     5.For Example :
	If you will set LPT address = 0x278 in the first card,
	            set COM5 address = 0x3e8 and COM6 address = 0x2e8 in the second card, and
	            set COM7 address = 0x400 and LPT3 address = 0x500 in the third card,
	you cna type following:

	new_ite com5=3e8 com6=2e8 com7=400 lpt=278 lpt3=500

     6.Preliminary verify have been ok by the internal ITE.
