2) SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
================================================================

2-1) Screen Administrator Service (Service Software)

* CPU:          Intel Pentium compatible 300 MHz or faster
* Memory:       128 MB or greater (10MB or greater RAM is required
                 for Console software operation)
* HDD Capacity: 10 MB or larger of additional hard disk space
* OS:           Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
                Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
                Microsoft Windows XP Server
                Microsoft Windows Server 2003
* Network:      TCP/IP protocol (TCP,UDP,ICMP)
                  - Protocol and port number for receiving the data
                   TCP port 135 (WMI)
                   UDP port 31218
                   ICMP

2-2) Screen Administrator Console (Console Software)

* CPU:          Intel Pentium compatible 300 MHz or faster
* Memory:       128 MB or greater (40MB or greater RAM is required
                 for Console software operation)

[NOTE]
* The CPU and memory capacity should satisfy the OS requirements.
* When the used memory is more than the amount of installed memory, 
  additional memory is required.

3) INSTALLATION the Screen Administrator
================================================================

3-1) Install Screen Administrator Service
(1) Click 'Setup.exe'.
(2) Setup program will be started. 
    Choose 'Install Screen Administrator Service' from the menu.
(3) Follow the instructions and install the Screen Administrator
    Service.

3-2) Install Screen Administrator Console
(1) Click 'Setup.exe'.
(2) Setup program will be started. 
    Choose 'Install Screen Administrator Console' from the menu.
(3) Follow the instructions and install the Screen Administrator
    Console.

3-3) Install Client for Screen Administrator
(1) Click 'Setup.exe'.
(2) Setup program will be started.
    Choose 'Install Client for Screen Administrator' from the
    menu.
(3) Follow the instructions and install the Client for Screen
    Administrator.

[NOTE]
* UNINSTALL of the Screen Administrator Service.
(1) Exit Screen Administrator Service
(2) Open [Start]-[Settings]-[Control Panel] menu.
(3) Select [Add/Remove Programs].
(4) Select the Screen Administrator Service from the list and
    click [Remove].
(5) Follow the instructions of uninstaller.

* UNINSTALL of the Screen Administrator Console.
(1) Exit Screen Administrator Console
(2) Open [Start]-[Settings]-[Control Panel] menu.
(3) Select [Add/Remove Programs].
(4) Select the Screen Administrator Console from the list and
    click [Remove].
(5) Follow the instructions of uninstaller.

* UNINSTALL of the Client for Screen Administrator
(1) Open [Start]-[Settings]-[Control Panel] menu.
(2) Select [Add/Remove Programs].
(3) Select the Client for Screen Administrator from the list
    and click [Remove].
(4) Follow the instructions of uninstaller.

4) NOTICE
================================================================

* Only one server software can work on one network system.
  Existence of two or more servers on the network may causes
  unanticipated problems.
* If you already have installed the software, remove it before
  reinstalling.
* Monitor auto-adjustment function cannot be executed, when
  - Windows is under power saving mode.
  - Running screen saver and password protection is enabled.
  - Monitor power is off.
* If a previous version of Screen Administrator and Client for 
  Screen Administrator software has used in your network, update
  all Client for Screen Administrator software to the same 
  version of Screen Administrator that is installed to Server PC.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
