Support Chip/Mode:
JMB360/1/2/3/5/6/8 IDE mode
JMB360/1/2/3/5/6 AHCI mode

Steps:
1. Use dd(Linux) or Rawritewin.exe(Windows) to write driver disk.
2. Make sure your JMB36x is set in IDE or AHCI mode.
3. CD/DVD boot form OS installation disc.
4. Insert driver disk to floppy drive.
5. Select "Installation" and fill in "Boot Options" with "manual=1".
6. Select the language.
7. Choose a keyboard map.
8. Select "Kernel Modules (Hardware Drivers)"
8-1. If you are using USB Floppy drive, please select "usb-storage" module first.
9. Select "Add Driver Update" and exit to Main Menu.
10.Start Installation or System -> Start Installation or Update
11.Install OS in the normal process.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
