Blue Manager Suite common installation issues:

Problem:

	1. USB driver installation fails, it causes Blue Manager's shortcut with Bluetooth ICON in the system tray
	   to be inactive.
	2. Blue Manager installer installs all drivers, including USB and other bluetooth drivers, automatically.
If it pops up "Found New Hardware Wizard" window during Blue Manager installation. It means
there is something wrong in the Blue Manager installation procedures.

NOTE: All messages about Blue Manager drivers installation can be found in the "%systemroot%\setupapi.log".
¡@¡@ The problems mentioned above could be that the "%systemroot%\inf\infcache.1" is corrupted. The most
common error, shown in "%systemroot%\setupapi.log", is "0xe0000228: There are no compatible drivers
	       for this device."
	3. In Windows XP, you might encounter an Installation Error during installing Blue Manager Suite, which says:
"Error 1719: Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled."

Solution:

	I. The coexistence of the Blue Manager Suite and IVT BlueSoleil:

	   1. Turn off Blue manager by clicking "Exit" of the system tray icon's right-clicked menu.
	   2. Turn off or uninstall IVT BlueSoleil, then unplug ISSC Bluetooth USB device.
	   3. plug in ISSC Bluetooth USB device and then start Blue Manager.

NOTE: Blue Manager Suite can co-exists with most of the Bluetooth softwares, but there is one exception is
the IVT Bluesoleili. Because ISSC Bluetooth dongle can apply not only Blue Manager but also IVT Bluesoleil.
Therefore the coexistence causes that the installation of the Blue Manager fails.

II. If not the case I, resolve the installation problem by doing the following steps:

	    1. Please uninstall Blue Manager Suite.
	    2. Rename "%systemroot%\inf\infcache.1" to be "infcache.1_backup".
	    3. Reinstall Blue Manager Suite.

III. This error is because installing Blue Manager Suite needs MSI Engine Version 3.1 but the Version on your system is less than 3.1. In this case, this setup would first install MSI Engine 3.1 for your system to continue this setup.
	    1. Solution: While this message appears, the MSI Version has been upgraded to 3.1 actually. Double-click the Blue Manager Suite Setup again, this error would be gone and this setup should complete without any errors. Besides, this error would not happen anymore if you install next time.
