       Batch Install Instructions for Windows 98

SUMMARY
=======
This procedure describes the process of doing an batch 
installation of Windows 98 with the FEM565 family adapters.

THE BATCH INSTALLATION
==========================
The Batch installation can be performed:

Step I: Create a setup folder in a network server.

Step II: Copy the windows 98 files to your setup folder.

Step III: Copy batch98.inf to your setup folder. 
        Make any changes needed to batch98.inf to customize the install. 

Step IV: Copy the following files in the root subdirectory of the installation 
	CD to the setup folder.

        net575n5.inf
        el575nd3.sys
        el575nd4.sys
        el575nd5.sys
        tc575ndi.dll
        un3c575.exe
        addem900.txt

Step IV: Modify inf files:

	Open net575n5.inf with a editor. Go to the [3c575c.ndi] section. 
	   Comment out the CopyFiles line by adding a ";" in the beginning
	   of the line.

Step V: Run setup

	Boot your computer. Run setup using the following syntax:
	
        \\server_name\full_path\setup batch98.inf /is /im /ie

Step VI: Input password.

	After the second reboot, input password to logon to the network
	to access the sever to complete the installation.

The installations should proceed to completion.
