INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

(A-1) Using Driver Installation Package to install SUNIX Multi-I/O Card Driver

1. Browse to the location of SUNIX Multi-I/O Card Driver and double click Setup.exe.

2. When installing, the driver install dialog box appears. Press Next in the dialog box.

3. Click on Next, Continue, and OK prompts to complete the installation when they appear.

4. If Found New Hardware Wizard dialog appear, click on Cancel to cancel the dialog.


(A-2) Remove SUNIX Multi-I/O Card Driver from Add/Remove Programs

1. Open Control Panel, double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon in Control Panel.

2. Click on Windows Driver Package - Sunix Co., Ltd. Multi-I/O Card Driver.
   Select Remove and then press Next to remove it.

3. Reboot the system to fully uninstall the drivers.



INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

(B-1) Using Found New Hardware Wizard to install SUNIX Multi-I/O Card Driver

1. When Found New Hardware Wizard dialog appears, select No, Not Now and press Next.

2. Select Install from a list or specify location [Advanced] and press Next.

3. Check Search include this location, press Browse to the location of SUNIX Multi-I/O Card Driver files, and press Next.

4. If Hardware Installation dialog appears, press Continue.

5. Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 until no any other dialog appear.

6. DO NOT use Scan for hardware changes feature in Device Manager during installation steps.


(B-2) Remove SUNIX Multi-I/O Card Driver from Device Manager

1. Open Device Manager and find the device SUNIX COM Port.

2. Delete each devices and press OK.
   In Vista or later OS, check the [Delete the driver software for this device] box if it exist.

3. Find the multifunction card device of SUNIX series, repeat Step 2 to delete it.

4. Reboot the system to fully uninstall the drivers.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
