This install will need to be done in two stages: •Creation of a boot floppy •Installation of the BIOS update Create a boot disk in Windows XP: •Click Start, My computer. •Right-click the floppy disk drive (A:), then click format. •In the format window, select the create an MS-Dos startup disk option. •Click Start, then OK. •When the Format Complete message appears, click OK, then close. Installing the BIOS update: 1.Go to where you have stored the BIOS update file and double-click it. It will self extract and store itself on the floppy disk on the A: drive. 2.Once the extraction is finished, leave the boot disk in the A: drive and restart your computer. 3.At the A: prompt, type biosupdt and press Enter. 4.Once the installation is finished, remove the boot disk from the A: drive and reboot your PC. 5.As the computer begins to boot, press F1 to enter Setup. 6.Once in Setup, press F5 to reset the BIOS defaults, then press F10 to exit setup and save your changes. 7.Press enter [yes] to close this panel. The computer will finish booting. The installation is complete.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
