[Changing, moving and deleting the files in the EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool folder]
EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool uses the files in the EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool
folder to run. Therefore, DO NOT move or delete any of the files in the EPSON PRINT
Image Framer Tool folder.
If you have moved any file from the EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool folder and the
operation of EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool becomes unstable, uninstall EPSON PRINT
Image Framer Tool once, delete the EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool folder if it has not
been deleted, and then reinstall EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool.

[Changing, Moving or Deleting Frame File Forbidden during Editing]
Since EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool uses and saves information in the open frame file,
do not change, move or delete an open frame file.

[Notes when installing a version update for Windows XP]
If this version of EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool is installed when EPSON PRINT Image
Framer Tool or PIF DESIGNER have already been installed, an "Interface not registered"
warning may be displayed.
If this happens, cancel the installer by clicking the OK button and restart the EPSON
PRINT Image Framer Tool installer.

[Cautions for Using Images]
EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool cannot read images having 159 or fewer pixels or 4096
or greater pixels either horizontally or vertically.
Use images with 160 or greater pixels and 4095 or fewer pixels.
In addition, if large images are used, operations will slow down, so use images of a
size suitable for printing.

[When using large sized items (pictures, character sequences, etc.), please note]
PIF DESIGNER, processes the frame data made when creating and editing as it saves to
the hard disk. For this reason, it may not operate normally if there is insufficient
hard disk space (*). Although it depends on the size of the files and the number of
items (pictures, character sequences, etc.) being used, having at least 2GB of free
space available will usually avoid any instances of incorrect operation.

* Frame maker saves to the hard disk on which the operating system was started
(startup volume). Please check the amount of free space on the startup volume.

[Removing EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool]
To remove EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool, select [EPSON PRINT Image Framer]-[EPSON

Programs" in the [Control Panel].
In addition, for Windows 2000 and Windows XP, you must have administrative privileges

Image Framer Tool folder.
