1. Software instalado automaticamente
Quando instalar a versão Windows do programa Epson Link2, será igualmente instalado o seguinte software:
Windows Media Format 9 Runtime
Microsoft DirectX9.0c
2. Funções do Quick Time Player utilizadas no Epson Link2
Epson Link2 is using some of Apple’s Quick Time Player functions so it is necessary to work the Quick Time Player correctly to be able to use all Epson Link2 functions on a Windows environment.
O Epson Link2 utiliza algumas das funções* do Quick Time para:
- Descodificar vídeo ISO MPEG-4 ou codec de vídeo H.264.
- Converter o codec de vídeo H.264 em MP4. (ISO MPEG-4 + AAC)
- Converter ISO MPEG-4 em MP4 (MPEG-4 + AAC) quando não for possível reproduzir ficheiros ISO MPEG-4 no visualizador.
- Adquirir informações de ficheiros:
Reproduzir informações de comprimento e codec de ficheiros de vídeo (MP4, P4V e MOV).
Reproduzir informações de ficheiros de áudio e de comprimento de ficheiros de áudio (M4A).

3. Quick Time Player e Windows Vista
Até 28 de Fevereiro de 2007, a Apple não divulgou quaisquer informações oficiais sobre a compatibilidade do Quick Time Player com o Windows Vista.
A Seiko Epson está a investigar se a versão do Quick Time Player que está instalada juntamente com o Epson Link2 funciona correctamente no Windows Vista.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
