Installation von ICC-Profilen
1. Ãœberblick
Die mit dem von Ihrem Drucker unterstützten Medientypen kompatiblen ICC-Profile
werden installiert.
Die ICC-Profile sind hilfreich, wenn Sie optimale Profile (im Druckertreiber und
verschiedenen Anwendungen) für den von Ihnen verwendeten Medientyp und
für die gewünschte Druckqualität verwenden möchten.
Hinweis:
- Einige ICC-Profile werden während der Installation des Druckers und Media
Configuration Tool automatisch installiert.
- Einzelne Profile sind ggf. nicht mit allen Medientypen kompatibel.
- Sie müssen für das Installieren eines ICC-Profils mit Administrator-Privilegien
angemeldet sein.
Der ordner enthält die folgenden Dateien.
- ICC-Profile (.ICC)
- Kompatibilitätstabelle für ICC-Profile und Medientypen (ICCprofile_German.pdf)
- Readme_German.txt (diese Datei)

2. Installieren eines ICC-Profils
Windows
Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das ICC-Profil, und wählen Sie Profil installieren.
- Für Benutzer von Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows XP und Microsoft Windows 2000
Falls die Meldung "Profil deinstallieren" erscheint, brechen Sie den Vorgang ab und kopieren
(überschreiben) das entsprechende ICC-Profil in den nachstehenden Ordner:
* Windows-Systemordner/System32/spool/drivers/color/
- Für Benutzer von Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 und Microsoft Windows Vista
Wählen Sie "Profil installieren", und kopieren (überschreiben) Sie das entsprechende ICC-Profil
in den nachstehenden Ordner:
* Windows-Systemordner/System32/spool/drivers/color/
Macintosh
Kopieren Sie das ICC-Profil in den nachstehenden Ordner:
* /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
