1. Introduction ----------------------------------------------------------------
Light Source Check Tool is a dedicated extension module for Canon imagePROGRAF Printer Driver and PosterArtist.
By installing this module, you add a function to Canon imagePROGRAF Printer Driver and PosterArtist for printing charts enabling optimal color matching suiting the environment in which a printed document will be viewed.

2. System Requirements ----------------------------------------------------------
The following hardware and software are recommended for this software:
Printer Driver
12 colors Pigment Ink Model Canon imagePROGRAF Printer Driver 2007 V3.60 and later
8 colors Pigment Ink Model Canon imagePROGRAF Printer Driver 2007 V3.80 and later
Recommended operating environment
Any computer running the printer driver listed above.
Applications:
PosterArtist 2007 or later.
(Note) Cannot be used in an environment where the printer is shared.
This printer cannot be used with Windows 7/Server 2008/Vista/Server 2003/XP 64-bit edition.
3. Precautions During Installation ---------------------------------------------
* In order to install the printer driver, you must log into the system as an Administrator.
* Before installing or uninstalling, exit all applications.
You also cannot install or uninstall while Light Source Check Tool is running.
* After installation, the installation directory may remain.
If files not managed by Light Source Check Tool are included in the installation folder, those files and the folder will not be deleted.
* Also if you are using Light Source Check Tool from PosterArtist, Canon imagePROGRAF Printer Driver is required.
Please use after installing the printer driver of the applicable model.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
